All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
Cancellation received up to and including July 31, 2018 – full refund. Cancellations received Aug 1, 2018 – Aug 30, 2018 – 50% will be refunded.
After Friday, August 24, 2018 – NO REFUND
In the event of bad weather or travel cancellations/complications, the Florida Medical Cannabis Conference will not issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees. If the conference is cancelled, the Florida Medical Cannabis Conference is not responsible for non-refundable travel fares or lodging.
